I'm seeking a skilled freelance web developer who can assist me in converting a PSD design into a fully functional WordPress website. The design is already complete, and I require someone to create a pixel-perfect mockup using Elementor, with the Astra theme, ensuring mobile responsiveness.
Project Requirements:
1. Homepage Mockup: Your task will be to transform the provided PSD design into a visually stunning and engaging homepage. It is essential to replicate the design faithfully while utilizing Elementor's features and Astra's capabilities.
2. Two Internal Sections: In addition to the homepage, I need two internal sections of the website to be created with the same attention to detail. These sections should seamlessly integrate with the overall design and maintain consistency.
3. Mobile Compatibility: The website must be fully responsive, offering an optimal user experience across various mobile devices and screen sizes. It is crucial to ensure that all elements and functionalities are appropriately adapted for mobile viewing.
