WordPress admin and design longterm

We need a WordPress administrator and theme designer. We are coming out with an ebook in a month or two that will create new websites based on WordPress configuration. We need someone to install WordPress on our dedicated server. Install all of the plugins our client need and create or use a theme tailored to them. Then when clients have technical questions they use a support ticket system which you will monitor. You get paid a flat fee for installing the application and then hourly for support work. We need someone that can work without much feedback from us. We will be extremely busy getting the clients. We need you to implement them. I want to see several links to WordPress websites you have installed and customized. Also a description of how good you are at customizing WordPress themes. Their will be an unpaid test. I give you some plugin links and you show me a website using them that you created. This business relationship has the potential to be big. And it is variable. I have no idea how much business there will be. I need someone that is flexible in how much business there is. I need to know how much you would charge to install WordPress and about 20 plugins, a flat fee. And also how much you would charge for hourly support work?
