Website design (HTML, PHP, MYSQL)

I don't know too much about web design so I told a friend of mine what I wanted and he wrote this description for me... I am looking for a programmer who will be able to build me a custom site. This site will include an e commerce, but that software will be provided for you. The site that i would like you to make is a Tee Shirt selling site. The Main Page: i want to display tee shirt designs that i have When you click on the shirt a details page come up and shows all about the site. Including bigger pictures and things of that nature. The e commerce part currently is not a part of it but will be in the near future. The biggest thing is that i want an admin panel that will allow me to add tee shirts, descriptions and other things on the fly via the web. In total the page will prob. need to be coded in PHP, HTML, and have a database of MYSQL. I already have all of the website interface designed in Adobe Illustrator. I'll try to describe what I need in my own words... The home page will consist of a background image and a custom box I designed. In that box there will be t-shirt designs as thumbnails. I want to be able to add thumbnails as I make more designs. I also want to be able to link those thumbnails to a product description page. The product description page is very similar to the homepage. I want to be able to upload and change images and links. As far as the shopping cart software, I believe I will be getting that through a third-party company.
