Website Design for Healthcare / Beauty products

I need the website design and layout for a shop selling beauty and healthcare products. We will provide some inputs on colours, general layout etc. This layout will be later used for an osCommerce shop. You need to give 2-3 mock ups for the site, and need to fully optimise the design layout, buttons etc. for the one that is chosen. Some amount of Flash is needed on the site - maybe in the banner area to display products, brand names etc. One suggested template is attached here. Please study carefully and you need to submit one of the designs based on this template. Give me your past experience, and best quotes, along with the time required. You should be willing to make changes and revisions as needed.
