Ver 3: Important message: I need an app and corresponding website -- update to the previous request -- version 3

Dear APP Developers. When I post this project I get 50 responses in the first 60 seconds. This makes it very difficult to select the correct and best service provider. It is impossible to select someone that you have never met, even if they send you a list of previous work. Can I suggest that, if you are interested in building this app and website, you show me only one demo, and it needs to be the actual APP itself that I want. Please carefully review GetTOD and also their website, and when you are able to show me exactly that APP and website, please contact me. If I like it we can talk price and I will buy it. I need to be the owner of the app and software, and all source code will need to be transferred to me. It needs to work on both major platforms. I will need an ongoing support agreement, so you will need to give me a monthly rate for ongoing support. It needs to be a replica to the following app: GetTOD and the website [login to view URL] More details: Customers requiring such a service should be able to go the app and select the service - the app should locate the customer and notify suitable service providers within a certain radius - the service provider should accept or reject the notification, and confirm a time slot during which he/she can visit the client - the service provider should provide a quotation to the client (we will supply the quotation book), and also send a photo of the quote to the app - the app administrator will liaise with the customer and confirm if the quote is accepted or not. If accepted, then notify the service provider to deliver the work, and notify the customer when the work will be delivered (this can be via SMS) - when work is complete, the service provider sends notification on the app that the work is complete, and inserts notes or comments - app administrator sends the invoice to the customer, and manages the payment process - when payment has been received a pre-determined % (e.g. 80%) is transferred to the service provider, together with an invoice generated by the app from the service provider to the app. Provision needs to be made for VAT and company details to be included in the invoice. - ask for a rating by customer of the service provider (via app or SMS) - App administrator able to track all activities and actions via a web application - Service providers can apply for inclusion into this network via the website or app
