Tidy html/css, remove tables and add new menu/header/footer to 1 page. (Potential to expand to 50pages in new project))

Website update and modernisation. I am looking to update and modernisation www.travelindependent.info. But only one page first as a trial. By update I mean: * tidy CCS and HTML * add a new header and footer to each page (including a dynamic menu) * remove all tables and replace with divs * ensure html and css is latest version, beautifully laid out and indented so I can follow. * add a few 'plug-ins' * insure the pages are responsive * insure the pages look really good by editing a few of the styles. I have a template which already has the menu and plug-ins I would like. I need someone to import the relevant aspects of the template into the existing pages, tidy the code, remove the tables and make sure it all works. The design can be left basic as I can edit with more specifics. To get the page right we will need to work together a bit. There are 50 pages on the site all will need to be looked over (to tidy code and remove tables), but 90% of the work is creating the new footer and header and ensuring works and 90% of that is already done with the template you can work from. This is not a difficult project, there is no php, CMS, just taking already existing content/pages/ccs and ensuring it coded as expert would and not an amateur. To start with I would like to take one page and have you add the header/footer, remove tables, etc.. This will be a test and if all goes well I would like to hire to take out to rest of the site/pages (but that will be close to cut/paste work).
