simple instructions needed for website use

I have a wordpress website with woo-commerce shopping cart that I used for my quilting business. I no long quilt so I have been redoing it to sell off all the old doll patterns, sewing supplies and misc. that I no longer need. What I need now is someone who can give me typed instructions on how to change things on the website, where to go and how to get there to change pictures and info. And the sizes of images needed. I have forgotten how I did things before. I can do the product listings but I cannot remember how to change the pictures on the pages or what sizes they need to be. I don't want you to do anything to the site, I just want written information on how to do it myself. This should be a fast and easy project for someone who knows their way around websites and can type plain, easy instructions that I can follow.
