Seeking Android development advisor (per hour)

I am looking for a long-term student-advisor relationship for Android development. In other words, I need someone to guide (and help) me through how to solve a particular problem, and probably the way it should be done. Please kindly note that I am not seeking "send me your source code and I will do it for you" kind of service. Currently the immediate problems I need to solve are: 1. Make a google translate API request? I cannot get past the "Requests from this Android client application <empty> are blocked." error. It sounds trivial, but trust me I've tried almost every advice on StackOverflow. 2. Uploading app bundle for submission. I cannot add certificate to my keystore, which I think it needs to be resolved by typing something inside command prompt. 3. App subscription setup (I'm using a library made by Mr. Serso) Any other topics would follow which require proficiency in Android Java. Please message me with your rate if you are interested.
