Online solution for building projects status

Looking for expert web developer who fulfills criteria below: -minimum qualification of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ IT or related field -highly proficient and familiar with online software/ mobile apps /tools used for workflow and business process management (such as Bonita) -highly proficient in Wordpress -possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills -ability to consistently produce and deliver high quality work Specifications/ Requirements of job: -setup/devise/implement an online solution that will show latest status of all building projects performed by a team of workers at any time. Process in each project is straightforward and involve up to 20 steps/functions. Presently, it is inefficient as the status of all projects are updated by 1 worker once a month in Microsoft Excel -should have a reporting panel that can generate a status reports of all projects at any time. -should allow multi user update of project status so workers can log in and update their own projects status regularly instead of 1 worker doing all the updates once a month. Workers can only update status of projects they are assigned to and only those with supervisor permission can view all projects. -should use an existing free open source software with minimum customisation. Workflow plugins for Wordpress can be explored also. You have to brainstorm and then propose a few best solutions for us to discuss. A simple solution using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel with updating by multiple users should also be considered. The solutions should be low cost, easy to use , simple. It should not be too complex so it does not turn off workers from using it. This should be easy job for those have done similar jobs before.
