Need someone with experience in functional and aesthetic view of mobile app front-end designing

I will explain the functionality the mobile app will serve.
Creativity is the only ask for this project. Primary ask is to design the wire-frames (not necessarily functional) of the views.
Below listed items will be needed :-
* Splash Screen design
* Home View
* A view which will have search options and as a result a list will appear.
* The selection from list will bring the user to another view
Will communicate the exact details once things are finalized.
If the bidder has the ability to convert the designs into HTML code, it will be a plus. Separate negotiations will be there for compensation of UI conversion into working HTML, JS code.
