Need a Mailchimp expert to build auto mail campaign

Hi, we have some 5k+ and growing audience from linked in and some other old lead. Need mailchimp expert to DESIGN mail content and automate the follow ups email templates onwards(total like less than 10 template) Also teach us how to tag and segement our target audience. We expect the candidate understands our industry a bit, and do know how to write a killer subject and end with CTA! Not just picture drag and drop thing. We can do that drag and drop thing ourselves! We have type form and other thoughts on landing page, it would be great you can help to advise what apps/ other automation would be helpful to work with us. Then more job will be awarded! Once again, we need a mail content /automation design job, and teach us how to turn on our list work most effectively. And let the apps do the magic, so we can focus on the active leads. Thanks !
