Modify my wordpress Freelance engine theme

I have a freelance engine theme and I need to add some modifications done to it. Details are: The Slider on getting you through every step... I want the words on one half and the video on the other half? I will upload more videos later so i want the page layout on that bit to be the default setting. (so two columns) That is what it was originally I think.. but not sure. Freelancers Profile (available Freelancers) The green verified ICON : I want a pop up text to say (Verified User) when they hover a mouse on that green bit so they know what that green icon stands for. The Check boxes: Can they say DBS Update, LTD / Umbrella Company Mandatory Trainings Completed Eligible To Work In The UK (add one more) Now when you click on the freelancers profile, all this information should also be on the profile card. It doesn't show up there. Freelancers Email Verification For some weird reason, I can no longer verify the user from the freelance engine setting part (there is a padlock there and its open when we are awaiting email confirmation and I could manually verify the user) but it appears as though that function has now disappeared. I need the function as i am trying to create dummy users using @[login to view URL] , but because the emails cannot be manually verified, I cannot continue creating the profiles. Also, I want to be able to resend reactivation emails for users that have not yet verified. Browser issue: Is there a way of putting a note little note to inform the users that the if their profile is not saving can they change browser to chrome. (Note: if you are having difficulties updating your profile, there may be issues with your web browser. Switching to Google Chrome will most definitely solve this issue. )
