Front End Developer to code Interactive Infographic with our designed static assets

We are a production studio looking for a freelancer to develop an interactive infographic that we have designed on the topic of soil health and sustainable farming practices. The main graphic will be an illustrated farm that depicts 7 farming practices that promote soil health. Users can hover and click over different elements, revealing relevant text in a side panel, and triggering information bubble takeovers. We have created the layout with a static version of the infographic, and we have a detailed document explaining all the interactivity and dynamic behavior. The types of interactivity and behavior include: hover and click events and information bubble page takeovers. The information bubble page takeovers would include some simple animations. The candidate should have experience working with a large number of design assets, including vector graphics, as well as photos. He/she would have a lot of experiencing developing interactive infographics. The final product will be full-width and embedded in an iFrame on its own page on a client's website.
