Forms to be developed on ASP .NET MVC built on Bootstrap and analytics.

I am looking for forms to be developed on ASP .NET MVC built on Bootstrap technologies. Either SQL or MySQL. 2 Interfaces : 1 for end user and the other is Admin Logins secured access. In Admin Logins: 1. Dashboard home page landing built on either Google Charts or High Charts or any other that you want to suggest. (Prefer high charts) 2. Drill down through charts interfaces to the list view of data i.e grid view. 3. Export button on each list view screen to export to Excel or CSV. In list view all columns should be able to be sorted. Pagination of list view to be as follows: a. << < 1 2 3 4 5 > >> b. Each page should have either 10 or 15 rows max. c. Alternate rows to be colored. d. Export and Submit buttons at the bottom of list view. (Default Full export of all data.) e. Each form submitted should generate sequential forms nos. Sample view of each page will be uploaded gradually. There will be ongoing work and support contracts for right coders. Looking forward to work with you.
