Design and style React Bootstrap site

Currently I have a site that I am building, I have started building out of key functionality and I am getting to the point where i want to start styling and thinking of the UX. The site is a SPA that has been implemented in React, Redux and React Bootstrap so being familiar with at least React is key. The styles are to be written in SCSS as this is what I have configured for the build pipeline. I require componentised styles here to help with maintainability, these specific styles will live with the React components. Stage 1. Initially I require someone to provide UX ideas. This will consist of either Photoshop designs or if it's easier styling of existing HTML. This will include creating a theme, so colors will be very important. It is also very important that the site is slick and makes use of modern CSS3 features. I am open to exploring options here so although I will be happy to provide examples and direction I expect you to come up with the solution. What needs to be included: The first page is quite heavy. It is made up of a number of tabs that display data in the form of graphs, bar, pie, line & scatter mainly but also tables. The charts themselves will not need much styling but colors selected to match the theme. As part of this I will be happy to give you freedom to restructure the layout with things like moving the vertical tab navigation to a horizontal nav etc. There will also be the top level navigation and how this works while logged in or out as this is not quite right so we need to look at options here, I have some ideas but we can discuss. This navigation also included a 'notification' drop down that needs to be styled, again happy to look at layout options here too. Stage 2. Once we decide on a theme and I am happy with this I will ask that a single page be styled to match the designs. Stage 3. Not part of this quote but if I am happy with the level of the work we can look at finishing off the remainder of the site will consist of 20+ pages so there is the potential for follow on work.
