I want to develop a simple and easy to use, 4 page website using Wix. The one page that is a bit tricky for me to do is the "Submit a Loan Request" button that takes you to a page where the visitor/applicant can enter information in field by field. Some fields are text fields, some fields are number fields and some fields get calculated by the other number fields that were already completed. I will upload the form that has all of the fields that I want in my "Submit a Loan Request" page. Once all the required fields are completed, there would be a "submit Loan Request" button which would send an email to me with the subject "New Loan Request - Address of Property (from the address field)". Then I will evaluate the loan. The purpose of the website is to be a electronic business card with info about the loan services for "[login to view URL]" and an easy way to submit a loan request. I will not be using the website for marketing purposes and I do not need any SEO for the website. I already have the logo done and I have already reserved the URL with GoDaddy.com. Lastly, I will need the designer to walk me through making content changes to the various webpages on Wix. I want to be able to modify the content on the website once it is completed. I could really develop the Wix website stuff myself. The tough thing for me is the Submit a Loan Request page that would have fillable fields (text, number and calculated fields). That is what I need the developer to help with.

Hello, I have built many loan and insurance application websites and would advise that Wix is not a framework which is proper for such cstom jobs. PLease consider cms like Wordpress or Codeigniter or laravel. Wix does not allow to edit the files and do proper css changes. So later you would face issues with SEO or internet marketing. Loan requests can have various parameters and i can do the job for you. I can see the attached form and can make it in Wix but please consider the alternates to wix for future proof site.
