A brief background of us: We are a company who specializes in printing, signage and graphic design. Some of our popular products include: Business Cards, Banners, Leaflets and & Signage. We currently have a number of internal websites which have been outdated for many years. We have been searching for a developer to transform our website into an eCommerce platform for buying products. However, we have been out of luck and just left it. We have been going back and forth. Our everyday clients call us for prices / drop in at our office which takes away a lot of time. We would like to minimize that. We have had a change of staff recently and unfortunately, whoever we take on board, does not have the strong capacity to give our customers pricing for our products without the senior management intervening. Quite frankly, it is a difficult task for them and we would like to put measures in place to put that to a halt. PLEASE VIEW THE WORD DOCUMENT FOR THE FULL PROJECT REQUIREMENT, THANK YOU.
