Build a website that has a search function

Hi, I am looking to set up a simple website used to search for businesses in a local areas. The website will only consist of 2 pages. Main website page. This will have the search function – from this – once you run a search you will taken to a search summary page, form the search summary page you can click on one of the summarised businesses and bring up there business page. This page will also have adverts where I can promote individual businesses so I can write a blurb and a browser can click on it to take them to the businesses individual page. Contact page. This will list contact details so business can contact us, and also see fees etc. The main tool used on this website will be the search from the main webpage. I would like to almost set up a database type function to compile the businesses that will appear in the search summary. The business database entry screen would be made up of 3 parts. Business details page Refer to individual setup page in Excel spreadsheet. Part 1 - It list the business name, address, short description and website and a calendar function. – The website search function will be using these details when a browser runs a search. Part 2 of this business page set up is a - A mirror of the business website and the calendar will display on the top of the businesses individual page. (the calendar function will be used to select days the business are open, which will forms part of the search function) Part 3 of this business page set up is – a business page which will almost be like a flyer or advert – it will have pictures and more details of the business - this will be in free format almost like a word.doc- that is easily added to and changed, but is viewable for only once a browser views it. Part 2 & 3 will be viewable to the web browser – the only part of this that can be clicked on is the businesses website which come from part 1 – the calendar and part 3 are view only by the browser. Hopefully reading this and looking at the attached excel file some of this makes sense. (I am actually looking to set 2 of these up one with a calendar function and one without – for different types of businesses. I have also attached another excel file of the Australian towns that has their states and postcode, - these are the towns that I would like to come up in the website – it lists the longitudes and latitudes for the distance function. If you would like further details or more clarification please let me know. Once I have the search function set up I would then like to move on to more the design and look of the website.
