Project Title: Site with restricted access, page with comparison of precipitation forecast images and interactive map with Brazil's flow measurement stations The project consists of the creation (and instructions to put the site in the air and give maintenance) of a site with restricted access to be allocated in an ec2 instance of amazon, with three main pages: 1) A comparison of current day precipitation prediction images against those of the previous day (part of the code should download the images and save them to the server with specific logic for the use of the site, for example: [login to view URL]) – figure 01. At first, there are two precipitation forecast models of interest: ETA40 and GEFS, both available on the site, with 10 days (images) of forecast for each. 2) A page with interactive access to the flow measurement stations (m3/s) of the ANA website ([login to view URL]) - figure 02 - that when clicking in the station, it displays a graph and a table with the flow data - figure 03. For this process, it will probably be necessary to set up a database with the information available from the site (I believe that a query every 10 ~ 20 minutes is sufficient to maintain the data updated). 3) From the database of item 2 and a table supplied by the user (list of stations, producibility, subsystem), calculate the conversion of flow into energy (multiply the flow through the produtibility) and create 5 graphs (4 graphs adding the energies per subsystem and 1 graphic adding all the energies).
