Build an Online Store attempt # 2

I want to develop a web store. I need to state that I work a full time job and i am in EST time zone. I am not a designer. in addition to the back end i am looking for all the front end design with web optimization included. i am not just buying a template and provide all the design. I am not an artist i am looking for someone to do the whole thing start to finish. also i need to see progress on a DEV site provided by you before we go live on the production site. below is what i am looking for. I am also looking for secure ways to provide online transactions that look good to my customers and are widely accepted. i need to be able toe download all transaction data including card data and personal information from the site. also with the ability to wipe the site of all customer data. (this is for security against hacking). I am looking for a Cool looking Tech theme, so any ideas you have please show. 1. Store admin will be a menu item for import/export option of products using CSV file and using csv file product details will be imported to the store database. Product can Add/Edit/update using csv file with unique product ID. This may change depending on supplier 2. using admin panel also be can able to add/edit/delete the products, adjust TXT in all the website areas 3. If we click category it will list the product in a category. And if click the products new/latest updated products will list the last update product first. 4. Payment Module to support VISA/MASTERCARD, PayPal. 5. Each product has its own shipping cost. (I will a shipping calculator built in to admin with the ability to add %) 6. Larger orders/multi orders will have custom shipping. And will require communication with customer (Via Email only) 7. Communication via email- a) Customer registration-When a customer registers system will send a welcome/ confirmation mail to the customer and send a copy to the store admin for information and to note that customer is registered. b) User logon to the site to view their orders c) If customer places an order then that order will require email approval via me. This is to confirm pricing and to prevent errors in pricing and shipping(order can be cancelled at this point with no info going to supplier. d) All approved orders are processed for payment and sent to supplier for shipping e) The disclaimer will state that all orders are pending approval…. And the reasons (small print “Legal”) f) All users will be displayed in the admin panel. g) All orders will displayed in the admin panel and will show the order status and order confirmation, approved/declined or shipped h) All orders will show break down of cost and selling price. i) All orders can be exported for accounting reasons in detail
