Looking for software management tools website, developed with Django, PostgreSQL, Bootstrap. I wish the website would be responsive, the code should be clean and commented out, and the final code to be fully working. The application will have a basic login procedure(almost like the one provided by Django with few adjustments), some basic security(like SQL code injection prevention, validation of user data, safe communication over the internet), and few modules. What exactly are the modules? The modules are separated tasks that the website can perform. For example, a product management(add, remove items), orders handler(place order, view all orders), activity reports, and few more(up to 10 modules).
So the code has to be modular(I should be able to remove a module if I do not need it anymore without breaking the project). The modules are not that big(just basic database manipulation with showing data to the users. No complicated algorithms.). Since Django is a high-level framework, the work can be easily done in 1-month working full time on it, but I can go for 2-3 months in order to allow you to have enough time for yourself and to get a clear vision over the product. At the moment I am 75% sure how I want the things to be implemented, so you could bring your own knowledge into the discussion if you consider better and easier alternatives. The main project is much larger, containing more than 60 modules, so if we have a good collaboration I am willing to give you a permanent remote full-time job.
If you can also add a professional looking interface we can negotiate the prices. I am willing to pay around 1500e for the backend and extra 400e for a good looking interface. If I really love the work, I`ll make sure we are both happy with the outcome and give an extra tip.

PS: I am a software developer by myself, so I will be able to help on every single part of the project(if needed) and give good insights into what I am looking for. I will be available almost at any moment of the day, so I hope we will have a good collaboration. Also, confidentiality is a must.
