Build a fantastic looking HTML div (design a UX) to show some data

I need someone to create a simple div of width 400px that showcases data with an amazing looking UX built with HTML and CSS and Javascript. I'm building an electronic board for some election coverage that runs off a webpage containing DIVs, and I need someone to design a div that shows results for each candidate. I want to copy the way CNN shows this on their magic wall (the full magic wall is shown in one attachment, but I only want the part in the second image done - the candidate boxes). Create a black background on the page, and have the div float transparently on the page 10px in from top and left. Then, you can fill this div with whatever you need to design (can be multiple divs) so that you create the same effect as on this page, with white boxes and transparent gaps between the boxes so that you can see the underlying page between them. I also need the percent reporting black box at the bottom done. For the progress bars, I need the design to make it easy to drop in a percentage number and have the bar fill as much as is correct (such as 60%). It would be great if these could be animated in some way as well :) I need the width of the total boxes to be 400px wide. The font to be used is Asap, a Google Font (<link href="[login to view URL]:400,400i,500,500i,600,600i,700,700i" rel="stylesheet">). Use whatever weights makes it look most exact. Finally, just use dummy images for the pictures - I can easily replace those. Thank you!
