We bought a new WP Template that can be found at:

We need to add content, change images and remove extra icons and sections.
The website will have 5-6 main tabs and some text on each page.
we do not need any animation, login Application or any programming work.

Once you click on hyperlinks on this page, it will show some content but it will stay on the same page.
Again we do not want animation but you need to have that like an accordion or Fold & open content.
You can come up with your own idea (not flash or action script), just need to do the job.
Some PDF file need to be upload similar to above sample on each page.
