Design a Wordpress Mockup

I have existing websites that I built myself using wordpress and Mystique theme [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This was 3.5 years ago and I have barely edited/maintained them in that time, as you can tell! I was amazed what I could teach myself back then but have largely forgotten it, and now I just don’t have the time. I need to re-vamp both sites in the near future. I started the whole wordpress thing again and found a theme I liked, Swift, but things got all too hard and I have been slack with it. I am looking for someone to re-design both sites to make them look neater, more professional, then perhaps teach me a few basic things so that I can easily maintain/update/modify/add new categories/pages, etc. For now, I would just like to update the highlandtruffles website. The wildcrafters site will require more work (a total re-vamp, addition of e-commerce facilities) but I am not ready for it yet. I will be ready in a month or so. But I am ready to have work done on the highlandtruffles site now. The truffle site I would like to be just an information site, with a blog, photo galleries, media galleries etc. I have registered a new business name and domain name ([login to view URL]), but have kind of failed in my basic attempts to swap the site over, despite having re-written the site and re-worked the banner/logo. I have also created a facebook page for this business. All pages for this new site have been written and images uploaded (I have hidden them in the main menu for now, until I get [login to view URL] up and functioning), it’s just a matter of putting it all together in a more, professional, sleek and better-designed manner. I would like to do this immediately or soon as possible and this is the job I would like you to quote on. I’m looking for someone to get me going and teach me a few basic things, at a reasonable rate. If the initial development goes well, I’m sure I will give more business to you in the future. In addition to re-working the wildcrafters site, there is also another website that I would like to build that sells just one product. Please quote on the highland truffles website only.
