47955 Website and Logo Creation

We have an existing logo that I need a few minor changes made to, and would like to have it in a few formats (vector, jpg, etc.) so we can use it on our web site and in ads. Also, we have an existing web site (professional services company) that I created myself using the godaddy web site builder, and I want something more functional and interesting. One feature I want very much is scrolling news listed on the first page, with clickable links to read the full story. I also would like buttons at the top with pull down menus for sub-categories (e.g. Services, with a list of services that is revealed and can be clicked on when the mouse is moved over the Services button). I am looking for someone creative with a good sense how to design a professional looking site (functional, classy, visually appealing but not distracting or goofy). Much of the content is already on the site that currently is online, and I would provide additional content for the news stories. We would want to update the content from time-to-time and have occasional graphic design needs, so we're looking for a continuing relationship rather than a one-and-done project.
