Website Concept Artist Wanted

I am looking for 'someone' to help me out and perhaps do some work for me on a freelance basis, on a regular basis - if that makes sense..... Ideally I need someone who can put together initial ideas and layouts for websites in Photoshop and come up with a look & feel for the project in question (in effect a template). Cost is the driving force, but I'm also looking for quality and a general awareness of what makes a good website design. Established freelance graphic designers with good original creative designs for layouts is who I would prefer to hear from. If you would be interested in such work, if you can email me with an idea of how much you would charge for a layout (eg. your bid) that would be ideal. I am ideally looking for someone located in the UK.
