Web page revamp - 3 designs needed (Poss create into a Xoops theme)

We need 3 different website designs for a recruitment / employment company. The site will have a news section and a job search section. They currently have a map of the UK which they wish to have incorporated in the home page. The company are happy with their current colours, so a design will need to be sympathetic to the existing colour scheme. One of the designs will be chosen and will then need to be created as a xoops theme. If you can not create the xoops theme, it is OK as long as you can supply the design as separate images or layered files for our developers. i.e: We will require all buttons and images independantly. Some screenshots are included. The chosen providor will have access to the existing website if required.
