Web Designer For Network of Sites! INCLUDING ADULT CONTENT SITES, INCLUDING GAY ADULT SITES! We have a network of sites that need re-design or original design, some mainstream, many adult content sites! Many will require ongoing design updates! We also add new sites Monthly! So their will be ongoing design work! Some sites have multiple templated php scripts running where you will integrate design across programs with common header, footer, wrapper and design elements without corrupting code. ON SOME SITES YOU WILL MODIFY SO THEIR IS A CENTRAL .CSS FILE WHEN POSSIBLE, CLEANUP UP THE HTML SO COMPLIANT AND MAKE CHANGES FOR SEO CUSTOM ORIGINAL ARTWORK AND LOGO CREATION WILL BE REQUIRED, WE DO NOT USE OR BUY STOCK OR STOLEN ARTWORK. 2 Adult Gay Sites are a priority and must be done ASAP, they require a front end, logo, misc artwork & banners! Approx. 10 adult sites require a quick template with incorporated images and logo for front end Approx. 5 to 10 mainstream sites will require two front end pages and quick logo only, or header & footer files/artwork On most of these sites our WM/Marketing Manager will add the links and other text prior to publishing. This is not a training project! We are NOT an educational program for you to learn while you earn! You must be skilled in web design and graphic art! Flash is optional we can contract that out. Good communications and quick professional results are not optional they are required! We realize that designers have various levels of skills, let us know, as example, if you don't do html, or don't use ftp, etc. as long as we know your actual skills and limitations we can work with you, but please no surprises at deadline! Selected designer should have basic to advanced common sense as well as professional design skills. All of our sites have one purpose, to sell our products and services or our affiliates products and services, if your web design does not sell the product and services then you have failed, therefore the designer needs to be able to sell the product and services through their design work, selling through design should be part of your thought process. We are also posting a featured project for an Associate Webmaster/Marketing Manager,. if you also have the capacity to think, plan, and organize, can be trusted, can add affiliate links to html pages or our search engine scripts and update them, can act as a project manager for marketing, affiliate program, seo implementation, and have some general webmaster skills in addition to your design skills you should also bid on that project, it would be acceptable for someone to occupy both positions even if you had to contract part of it out later.
