ONE psd template for web site design - quick job 8hrs completed

hi,

take a look at this jpeg. I need someone to make design changes to it to suit these comments. i only need you to do the vector elements like borders / buttons / masthead in PSD in layers. I will lay over the TEXT and LOGO and PHOTOS myself.

I will select you based on your 1 mockup in PMB you can water mark it if you wish, in 8 hours from now GMT +8hrs 8am. Upon close, you can send me your PSD. Pls only bid if you wish do participate this way. As mentioned you can watermark the jpeg so i cannot reuse it. Please ensure the PSD is in good quality and all in seperate layers.

Layout and content must stay as it feeds off a backend, but you can change design elements like buttons, mastheads etc.

Current look: Colour scheme looks ok but design still look good. The beige gradient make the design looks dated.

Suggestions: Mast head navigation bar should have a more 3D effect.

Try making icons overlap the headings and the styles are not consitent.. i.e heading style and the gradient style

doenst match. Try adding interest to the headers by using slight gradient

change the colours, visual elements eg. . kind of bullets/ tabs/ images/buttons use.

Colours, use vibrant colours e.g. a more vibrant blue/ lighter orange
