Looking for an excellent website graphic designer

I am looking for a professional web designer who does classy design work to design a website. I would need to see some existing designs as proof of the level of design expertise. I would like to see designs that present a quality image and a good degree of originality as required by the particular job. I need someone who is creative enough to take an idea and build on it, and someone who pays attention to the detail in a design. The website will be built on the Joomla platform, so it may help to consider how the design will integrate into a Joomla framework. I run a web development business, so a good design will probably lead to further work as the jobs demand. Most of my clients are small businesses, community groups, schools, so a clean, corporate style is usually appropriate but with a originality. It would be a benefit if the designer was able to convert the design to a Joomla template, but not critical, as I may post that as a different job once the design is completed and approved. Photoshop or Fireworks files are acceptable. I would need some flexibility in the design work, in order to take it to the client who may request changes or a different approach, so please let me know how you work in regards to revisions and/or secondary mockups. I would usually present a PDF to the client to get their general approval. I would expect to hold or pass on ownership of the design to the client when the job is paid for, so all royalty-free images should be taken care of. The Designer will also need to provide the layered images and any special fonts so the images can be opened, edited and exported by our office if needed. There are no restrictions as to your location, I am happy to liaise with you wherever you are on the planet. Skype will be an advantage. I do require good English skills so we can effectively communicate. I am easy to work with, and I will expect reliability and commitment to a design project once undertaken.
