Filling a template ( about 10 pages )

The project is a template that needs to be filled by the contents that i will provide to the winning bid.. The project also will have some editing in the template.. I will have the project fully finished and working on the server that i will give it's access to the winning bid.. Payment will be after the project is finished with 100% satisfaction.
