Summarize Chapter and Articles on Real Estate

The first is a summary of an accountant’s view of real estate investing. I have an old chapter out of a book as the material. Our accountant is too busy in tax season to work on his version. Our solution is to have someone summarize the included material into 4-7 pages (1200 to 2000 words) then our accountant will review and update the material or make his revisions. Will need to pass Copyscape, etc. I’ll include the material for your review and an estimate of cost. We’d like to have this back in about 5 days. Second is a summary of two articles picking out the Top Ten Mistakes that investors make when buying properties. There are 22 “mistakes “ listed in the two reports-I’ve chosen the top ten to summarize. If possible I’d like to have the Mistakes be summarized in 1-2 paragraphs. Again please review and quote a fee. Again turn around time is about 5-7 days. I have included a sample of the accountants chapter to be summarized. I can pay via GAF or PayPal or Google.
