Set up my Buffalo LinkStation 220 NAS using TeamViewer or similar

I have a Buffalo Linkstation 220, its plugged in and seems to be connected, but I cannot work out how to send files to it, and how to access the files that are there, basically how to use it.
It has the manuals, looks to be connected, it might even be all working and I just don't know how to work it.
