Implement Site Audit Report Recommendations on My WordPress Website

I had submitted disavow text file in Google around one month ago so you don't need to do it again. However, it still shows Spam Score as 11 in an online tool. Currently, Google has labelled the site as "Pure Spam" so it is not appearing on Google search Index. Hence, I need someone for Implementing Site Audit Report Recommendations on my site, find issues like spammy content, duplicate link, broken links etc and fix them.
