Create yahoo mail app

Please create an app for me that will look in my yahoo mail folder BIZ EXPENSES 2018. I throw any emailed receipt that I receive from any company into that folder. There are hundreds of them. I need a list of each by date, payee, and amount, and any other info that you see fit to extract. The app need not be perfect, but it should reduce my clerical burden to track my expenses. The attached pic might help. Each receipt is in its own format, you know how that is, every supplier has their own format, but the Subject: line is likely to contain significant information. Extend the app too gmail and outlook and other email systems, later, as one or more additional projects. My ideas 1 Strip out dollar amounts. A dollar sign or the keyword amount" is a good indicator 2 strip out the Subject line 3 strip out anything that looks like a date. '2018' is a good indicator. 4. strip out credit card info, look for "mastercard" "visa" etc 5. strip out website id's, look for .com .biz .org .net etc 6. Push all the results for each emailed receipt onto several lines of a csv file for example see att. picture. I will own the software rights, perhaps I can sell it to other people.
