email promotion and list rental

i am looking for a freelancer who has experience with email promotions and marketing. i need this freelancer to help in promoting a new business that will hopefully be launching within a month or two. i am a conscientious businessman and will not tolerate spam and emailng people who don't want commercial email. as a result, i request that all email blasts contain only opt-in/double-opt-in US only email- addresses and be sent from your server and contain only your domain name. there will be additional requirements as well. compensation will consist of a low flat rate and a revenue share. this will insure that i don't send blasts to 1 million email addresses and get stuck with a conversion rate of .0001% or 10 users, which is pretty pathetic. in my case, quality is better than quantity and if you believe your list is high quality and can convert, you shouldn't have a problem with this financial arrangement. please send a private message if you have questions. your bid will be for the flat rate. if <$100 is too low, please place your bid in your pmb. i don't care about SEO or paid search marketing as i have someone else doing that. i only want email promoters. i guess it's early to ask for affiliates, but if you're interested, also, send a private message.
