VOIP Dialer

Years ago we used Vicidial (hosted) with FreePBX (hosted) and it suited our purposes. We discontinued using Vicidial when we built our own automated CRM dialer (using RingCentral Voip) which was easier to manage and suited our purposes. Our needs have changed and we are looking at going back to a Vicidial / Asterisk type solution. We will either have an in-house server to host the VOIP solution in which case we need someone to set this up for us remotely, or we can use a hosted solution however we would need to be able to eliminate the delay. Here are our specific needs: 1) Our callers will work on several outbound campaigns per day and more than one caller will work on the same campaign. Besides tracking dials made, appointments set, leads generated, average call time, etc... We also need to be able to track and control time spent on each campaign. 2) We want to be able to use what some refer to as Soundboards, or Avatars, where we can pre-record our callers presentations, chop them up, and play them over calls to ensure that our callers sound their best every day. Our callers would need to have the option of talking or pressing an on-screen button for a pre-recorded presentation or objection handling snippet. 3) When our callers collect email addresses we want to be able to automatically send out an email, with attachments, based on the campaign. Each campaign will have a different email sender (address and signature). It would be nice to be able to see when these emails are opened. It would also be a great bonus if this included timed drip email campaigns. Also, often our callers get a fax number instead of an email address, in which case we would like the email sent by online fax. We also need help with finding good but inexpensive SIP trunking.
