I am looking for freelancer who can develop a screen recorder for below specifications:
1. can be use vb or any language which does not require any external libraries within windows OS.
2. File size should be very minimum 30 mb per hour.
3. recorded file should be uploaded to the server after uploading is done delete the old stuff.
4. Recorded should be triggered automatically once windows machine is booted.
5. If Internet service is down then it should keep the recorded file in queue. once it is up then upload to the server again and delete the file
