vbscript to drive Excel interactive executive tool

We have a project to build a system for high level managers wanting to evaluate a specific type of business opportunity in which we are expert. We can design a set of questions to be completed by the user and also text prompts to aid their thinking about key numbers. The result would be "a report" and a few numbers - the report would change depending on the input of course but computational will be fairly simple. The challenge will be in making this really easy to use and we have been told that vbscript is required hence this post. Bidders should assume an Excel file (will be donwnloadable eventually from our site) with say max 100 text prompts and parameters to be changed. Result will simply be a report on a new page of the workbook with appropriate text. Will require 2 iterations to perfect questions and process. Work must be complete by end Jan 2007.
