Hello, I ready your requirement and for this at time user registration we have to select those user brand from our list and then after login we make this filter product as per user selected brand. Obviously it's possible and i am able to do that. for approximate to complete this work required 15-25 hours. We have hand of experience of more than 6+ year in joomla framework. We only work in joomla CMC not work on all framework so we bit confident in any joomla work because we have deeply knowledge of joomla flow. In mean time we make many custom component which follow the same MVC structure of joomla. Also we make customization in almost all famous joomla component.
