Customer Service Rep required for industry leading fitness brand. **PERFECT ENGLISH AND SHOPIFY EXPERIENCE 100% NECESSARY** Job title: SHOPIFY Customer Service Rep (email and social media) Time: 15 hours per week Pay: $4 per hour Necessary skills: • Previous customer service experience • MUST have SHOPIFY experience • Perfect written English Experience required: • Must be familiar with order tracking on Shopify – THIS IS A NON-NEGOTIABLE • Must have at least 6 months customer service experience • Customer service experience on EMAIL, FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM Job roles: • Liaising with customers via email regarding tracking orders • Creating Shopify discount codes • Updating CRM • Responding to queries on FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM AND EMAIL Interview: *Removed by Admin* Trial: 3-hour trial expected to prove speed and competency *Please only apply if you have SHOPIFY experience and fantastic WRITTEN ENGLISH* This job has the possibility of • PAY RISE • BONUS • INCREASED HOURS • PROJECT MANAGER ROLE
