Hello. I\\\\\\\'m looking for a who can help me run my online business. I\\\\\\\'m an immigration lawyer helping people become citizens and bring their families to the U.S. I am working on an a blog, online course, podcast and videos and building my brand through Facebook and YouTube. Basic VA Training will be provided. Job Title: Part-Time Bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Assistant to support Lawyer run online business. Type of Position: Full-Time or Part-Time for the first three months. (20 Hours per Week) Full-Time afterwards, or sooner if the work requires more time. Working Time Zone: I am based in New York. Applicants can work in their local time zone. I will require applicants to attend a weekly meeting time to be determined. Skills: General VA Skills Working with Wordpress Social Media Marketing Search Engine Optimization Email Marketing & Newsletters Fluent in English/Spanish Daily Reporting and Accountability: At the end of each day, I will expect you to provide a short update listing what you finished that day, what you’re working on next, and any deadlines that are at risk of being missed. I will expect you to log your time daily, with detailed descriptions using Harvest. Compensation: Part-Time - Beginning at $250 - $350 per month. Full-Time Beginning at $450 - $650 per month. 1 month Holiday Bonus. Quarterly Review with potential for salary increase. 10 Days Paid Vacation, 10 Days Paid Sick Leave, Paid U.S. and local National Holidays. Daily Work Description: Email and Schedule Management using Gmail and Skype File Storage & Organization using Dropbox and Evernote Administrative & Blog Management using Wordpress, Facebook and YouTube Email List Management using Aweber Weekly Work Description: Prepare for and attend weekly team meeting on Google Hangouts (Time to be determined) Monthly Job Description: Prepare monthly reports using Freshbooks, Google Analytics, Aweber, Facebook, YouTube, and Clio. Potentially Harder Tasks and Skills Scheduling appointments with potential clients Responding to customer questions in gmail and facebook Managing team of virtual assistants when team gets bigger
