$3-8 USD / hour
*** LOCATION ***
You must live in Montenegro, or Bosnia and Herzegovina, or Serbia.
*** GENDER ***
You must be a man. Why? I do not want a woman making video calls with strangers because sometimes men do inappropriate things on video calls with women. I am sorry ladies. I will sleep better at night because of this requirement.
The idea of human equality is a dangerous myth. We should not strive for human equality but rather fairness or justice. I am uninterested in debating this point with you whatsoever. Instead I am explaining myself.
*** HOURLY PAYMENT ***
You will be paid hourly. This is an administrative job. This is *not* a sales job. There are no quotas and no commissions whatsoever.
*** JOB SUMMARY ***
I want you to conduct (or perform or do) many approximately five minute video interviews with engineers who live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Serbia who have expressed interest in working with me as a freelance engineer.
You do *not* need to have any engineering knowledge whatsoever. Instead, I will supply you with a list of questions to ask the candidates.
*** NECESSARY EQUIPMENT ***
You must have a laptop (or desktop) computer with a camera and microphone, or a smartphone, which are capable of running an application such as WhatsApp, Google Duo, Skype, or similar. Also, you must have high speed internet access so that you would be able to conduct (or make) good quality video (and audio) calls.
*** HOURS PER WEEK AND TOTAL DURATION ***
I am not sure how long this job (gig) will last. Probably not very long. Maybe five hours. Maybe twenty hours. The hours would probably not be concentrated. The hours would probably be spread across several weeks. You might work three hours one week and then one hour the next two weeks. I do not know.
*** HOW TO BID ***
Please indicate, “I would require $X for the project and $Y dollars per hour for each hour that I worked.”
For example, I will use some absurdly high numbers but they will illustrate my point. Let us say that you wanted $50 for the project (because there are fixed fees associated with each Freelancer.com project) and $100 per hour. In that case you would would indicate, “I would require $50 for the project and $100 dollars per hour for each hour that I worked.” Obviously such a bid would be absurdly high.
*** YOU CAN AVOID “SPENDING” ONE OF YOUR FREELANCER.COM BIDS ***
Of course you can apply for this job the “normal way.”
However, to avoid “spending” one of your Freelancer.com bids you can “apply passively.”
I realize that Freelancer.com gives you a limited number of of bids every month depending on your membership. To avoid “spending” one of your Freelancer.com bids I suggest you copy and paste the following code:
VirtulAssistant26Dec2017
into your Freelancer.com profile.
You may copy and paste the quotation marks that surround the job description but that is not necessary.
As long as this job posting is active, I intend to perform a search for freelancers with the search text:
VirtulAssistant26Dec2017
in their Freelancer.com profile every few days or so.
If you were to “passively apply” but you were not to receive an invitation from me then please assume that I am not interested in working with you.
