Find VoIP providers in France

This is an easy job for a starter. If you are not familiar with VoIP or SIP, don't bother. You won't need to research more than one hour. Probably less. You will need to find me, preferably France based VoIP aka SIP providers for single (max. 5 accounts). I am looking for the following requirements French local number Flat rate for outgoing calls to French mobile phones (this may not exist) Flat rate for outgoing calls to French land line phones Preferably no set up fee or up to €20 I will need a list with 10 most cost efficient services incl. URL, set up and monthly fees, minute prices if no flat rate available. I will also need the search keywords to verify your information. If I find a better service among the first 2 pages, I will mention in feedback.
