Hello- I'm looking for a stellar virtual assistant to assist in calendar management and reminders for cast and crew for a film project being made in Paris. You will be creating an interactive calendar (for any member of our team to contribute to or update). These will be for two items: 1) our meeting dates, times and locations 2) our filming dates, times and locations You will be managing the entire calendar throughout the course of production (from August 21 - October 10, 2018, roughly). Note: updates to the calendar won't be occurring every day. So you won't be required to work each day. I will be notifying you of updates which will be occurring to the calendar ahead of time and it will be your responsibility to make sure these updates get completed. You will also be contacting each of our cast and crew (roughly 5 people in total) in the days leading up to any meeting or filming day, to remind them over the phone of the exact time and location of the filming. You will be doing this by emailing and calling each team member. You need to make sure that each team member has specific directions to the filming locations and maps, should they need it. Please have previous experience in managing project calendars for large organizations and projects. Must be highly responsible and always on time with deadlines. Add the words "FILM CALENDAR" to the top of your response message, otherwise I will know you have not read the entire message and you will be automatically deleted from candidacy.

Hi my name is Desiree Moore, I have been a project coordinator for over 6 years. I have planned travel arrangements for groups larger than 50 people in different parts of the state. I have manged large calendars. And problem solve for when things goes wrong without even breaking a sweat. Like when you make travel arrangements for someone and they miss there flight and still need to be there on time. Been there done that and have got them there on time. Many of my co workers joke and say I'm like the human Alexa because I'm very much on top of task. I have a great phone voice and provide excellent customer service. Although I work remotely I have been told it feels like I'm right at the office with clients because I'm so involved. There are many great people biding for this project may you select the best thank you for your time.
