Looking for UK Wills solicitor (preferrably retired) to assist in business expansion

I have a Canadian online business that sells online Wills: www.dynamiclawyers.com. I am expanding my business to the UK in a few months and need a UK Wills solicitor to review our Will-creation system and eBook to ensure it is appropriate for the UK (excluding Scotland). I will be setting up a new company in the UK and will also need this person to: - act as the director of this company - help me set up banking in the UK - liase with a bookkeeper / accountant - deal with government filings and compliance (e.g. corporate filings and tax filings) - maintain a corporate minute book at a registered head office - send documentation to my attention via courier or email I will have directors and officer's insurance for this person, as well as errors and omissions insurance for our website. I have already expanded to Australia: [login to view URL] and I'm looking to repeat the process in the UK. As you can see, it's pretty easy stuff. Your biggest asset will be that you are a resident in UK with knowledge of UK Wills laws and that you are trustworthy, organized, responsive, and capable of completing various administrative tasks (when called upon from time to time). I will take care of the website functionality and liasing with other professionals (e.g. bookkeeping, accounting, banking, taxes, etc. from Canada) in order to comply with UK laws. I just need someone local to set things up from the get go (as mentioned above) and periodically forward me documents by email. I am a lawyer here in Canada and I pride myself on being professional, ethical and responsive. I expect no less from whoever is going to sit on the board of this corporation. I will be the only other director. I am looking for tech savvy individuals who can fill this role.
