Video Editor Needed to Create Short Videos with Animated Text and Background Images/Stock Videos

I am looking for a Video Editor for potentially a long-term relationship. Willing to pay USD $10 for 60-second videos. I am interested in simple, good quality videos that tell a story, I will provide the script. My vision is to have engaging animated texts with relevant animated images/stock videos that help tell the story and keep the viewer's engaged. And then after the story, I want to briefly display images/videos for the product I am trying to sell. Example: Tell a touching/heartfelt story about Mothers, and then, in the end, advertising a product to buy as a gift. Skills Required: 1. Must have experience in Creating Engaging Videos (With portfolio) 2. Can produce at least 5 videos per week 3.
