We need a quick and creative video editor to edit 1 video

We need creative video editors. We have more than 40 videos to edit, we hope to get an excellent editor that is fast, creative and deliver the work on time. Sounds and music have to be totally free of copyright, no attribution is required, we generally use mainly the youtube library. The finished videos have an average duration of 3 to 5 minutes. The videos are filmed with 4 camcorders at 1080p, 2 in the hand and 2 on static tripods. You must have a powerful computer to work the multi-camera fluidly. Unedited videos are uploaded to Google Drive, We already have an editor, but we would really like to improve the editing on our videos. YOU MUST HAVE FIBER OPTICS EXCLUDING!
