I would like someone to help me setup a fully functional digital signage system, but with the specifications below. A) it should be free open-source with no limitations or watermark. if purchasing a system is the only available option, then it should only be a onetime purchase for a reasonable price; no monthly recurring fees. B) i do not want the software player to receive the live stream of the digital signage; i'm looking for a live url HLS, something which i can play on vlc player, and can be recognized by ffmpeg. C) it must have a feature to add rss feeds, weather widgets, time/date, slideshow, videos, etc.. please do not ask why i'm looking for this type of setup, no reason will be given. in basic words, i'm looking to have a live HLS stream of a digital signage without using any special software. Whatever hardware required, please let me know, as i do have a lot, and if i don't, i should be able to get it.
