Film a 1.5 hour lecture

Hi, My name is Khalid I am a London based pro videographer available on 22nd May to record a presentation for you. I can record speaker's audio using high quality audio recorders with lavalier mics and also connect into PA systems in the lecture theatre. My suggestion is to record the speaker himself and then in editing if you can provide a copy of the presentation slides I can edit them in - this will always be clearer than trying to record footage of a projector screen and is the way I have recorded these kind of presentations in the past. I am UK based and have filmed a number of similar events for medical organisations. This include the British Orthopaedic Society, Baxter Healthcare and GSK. Have my own equipment, good audio (multiple microphones) and live monitoring of the recording. Proposal includes travel and expenses to London, sync and post production of the audio to achieve the correct levels and setup time during the afternoon before the event (subject to room availability).
